MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
The management structure consists of the General Assembly (GA), Advisory Board (AB), Work Package leaders (WPLs), and the Project Management Team (PMT). This structure is designed to optimise implementation efficiency, foster consortium cohesion, and facilitate the exchange of techniques and accomplished results, as detailed in WP7 (Unlocking scientific potential by CTP PAS by the new group and the Research Support Center).
- General Assembly. The GA comprises all researchers and technicians involved in the project. It will gather once a year during the EUCENTRAL workshops in a hybrid mode, to ensure maximal adherence, but with the majority of members present onsite. The AB will report progress for GA and receive its feedback.
- Advisory Board. The AB will consist of the CTP PAS director, three R4 researchers appointed at the project's beginning and not affiliated in Poland, and the ERA Chair Holder, who will also be the Chair of AB.
- Work packages leaders (WPL’s). The work-package leaders, will be responsible for monitoring the quality and schedule of the work in their respective WPs.
- Project management team (PMT). The PMT will perform the day-to-day management of the project, scientific and financial reporting, oversee organisational implementation, and will be the main liaison with the EC. The PMT will be formed from all the work-package leaders, an administrative assistant, employed full time on the project.
